Description Robert Half is partnering with an Eden Prairie, MN based healthcare client in search of an experienced Controller to join their growing finance team. This role offers an opportunity to lead and enhance financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains a strong fiscal foundation to support its impactful programs. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration with attention to detail. u2022 Manage and oversee all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including monthly financial reporting and reconciliation. u2022 Drive the budgeting process, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability. u2022 Develop and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency. u2022 Deliver accurate financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making across departments. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage external reporting requirements. u2022 Lead audit preparation and facilitate annual reporting processes with precision and timeliness. u2022 Optimize business office operations through training programs, performance reviews, and hands-on support. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field. u2022 A minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. u2022 Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. u2022 Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems. u2022 Willingness to travel as needed to support organizational functions. u2022 Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred but not mandatory.
