JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: US:WI:MANITOWOC at our FROEDTERT HOLY FAMILYMEM HOSP facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 4Job Summary: This position performs food service duties related to theservice of hot and cold foods to all customers, hospital patients, staffand visitors. This position is responsible to serve attractive andnutritious food to the patients while practicing proper food safetytechniques and maintaining established department quality standards.Provides meal tray delivery directly to patients verifying accuracy andprotecting confidentiality. Duties include assembly of patient trays onthe room service line; sanitation of equipment and small wares; stockingassigned areas; dish washing, and overall department sanitation. Otherduties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year ofprevious food service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates good communication,interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to interact withpatients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner. Responsible foraccuracy and timeliness of tray assembly and delivery. Strongorganization skills, and the ability to multi-task is required.
