15892BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Monday-Friday within clinic hours Compensation: $18.32+ Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible Schedule: Weekdays, day shift. We are seeking a dynamic Rehab Experience Specialist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. Our therapy team is also given opportunities to actively participate in team-based leadership structured groups, that ensure clinical and operational decision making is a collaborative process that promotes future growth and advancement. Rehab Experience Specialists (RESs) facilitate the functioning of the outpatient therapy clinics in a variety of supportive functions. Daily responsibilities are divided into A, B and C roles. RESs will rotate between all roles, which include, but are not limited to: + A role: Administrative and clerical support + B role: Front desk reception, scheduling and patient registration processes. Over the counter sales and payment collection, patient rooming. + C role: Organizing, cleaning and prep of patient care areas, complete equipment maintenance requirements, and supply ordering. Duties and Responsibilities: + Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. + Work collaboratively with the therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes. + Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. + Engage in staff meetings and project groups to support exceptional patient care. + Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc.) + Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
