Description We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem-solving. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the health and biotech industry.
