Own schedules, technical quality, and client expectations while collaborating across disciplines. Design and produce critical deliverables: installation details, MCC single lines, electric room layouts, control diagrams, cable schedules, and more. Work closely with clients and contractorsu2014sometimes on-siteu2014to ensure seamless execution and startup success.What Sets You Apart A passion for solving complex problems and pushing boundaries. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering At least 7 years of engineering experience with building electrical systems Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards Experience with power system software, such as ETAP Experience with generator sizing and paralleling Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc. Team leadership and client interaction experience Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsIdeally, youu2019ll also have: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license At least 3 years of electrical design experience for semiconductors or data centers Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software Medium Voltage (MV) design experience#afelectronics #electricalengineer #LI-MP1Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
