Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The counsel will be a member of the global legal team, specifically their employment group. The counsel will be responsible for executive level employment contracts and advising on executive, managing directors, board, and partner level lifecycle u2013 including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, lateral hiring, etc. Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following: u2022u2003Manage the standard MDP and MD life cycle events, including, onboarding, departures, transfers, lateral hiring, responsible for facilitating the seamless process and all MDP and MD document sets for the countries where BCG operates u2022u2003Provide legal support with regard to the Senior Advisors program including drafting templates and contract provisions, advising on legal issues, and conflicts of interest u2022u2003Guide on restrictive covenants and employment protections by providing legal advice on the design and enforceability of non-competes, non-solicitation, confidentiality, and other restrictive covenants across multiple jurisdictions, balancing business needs with local legal frameworks u2022u2003Support compensation governance by partnering with senior stakeholders and relevant committees to advise on compensation structures, profit-sharing, deferred compensation, equity programs, claw back policies, and ownership requirements that align with BCGu2019s global partnership model u2022u2003Support partner transactions and structural changes, including promotions, admissions, retirements, cross-border moves, and other events tied to the partner lifecycle u2022u2003Advise on cross-border tax, securities, and regulatory considerations impacting partner compensation, mobility, and incentive structures u2022u2003Draft, review, and update governance documentation related to partner compensation, policies, and partnership rules This is a full-time position and will be based in either London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal u2013 in the office 2-3 days a week. Compensation Base salary ranges from $118k-$125k GBP. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.)
