Hereu2019s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: General Description: The Delivery Lead role is a key role within TEKsystems Global Serviceu2019s (TGS) organization and functions in the execution of day-to-day activities in support of multiple customer engagements. A successful Delivery Lead possesses strong collaboration and partnership skills for supporting processes and technologies that assist in driving successful outcomes. They are proactive and follow leadership guidance. This position is considered remote, supporting customers and teams within the portfolio. This role may require travel on a limited basis. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: u2022 Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered. u2022 Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction. u2022 Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued. u2022 Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision. u2022 Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and change control processes. u2022 Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms. u2022 Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing. u2022 Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties. Required Experience: u2022 1 ~ 3 years of related experience u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language) u2022 Analysis and problem-solving skills u2022 Time management and organizational skills u2022 Collaboration skills u2022 People management skills u2022 Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master u2022 Exposure to professional services agreements including the change management process. u2022 Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications u2022 Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills Preferred Experience: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science or related discipline u2022 1+ year experience in IT Environment or Professional Services Environment u2022 Industry specific IT industry u2022 Exposure to Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP u2022 PMP and/or IAOP (Outsourcing Professional) & Scrum Master certification a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $90000.00/yr. We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
