Job Description Insight Global is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. This is an onsite role with standard 7am-4pm EST working hours. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for programming and simulation and debug, at the machine setup, problem solving, troubleshooting, process development/testing, first piece prove out. Below is an overview of the responsibilities. Responsibilities: u2022u2003CNC Programming: Develop and validate CNC programs for various machining operations. u2022u2003Simulation and Debugging: Perform CNC program simulations and debug issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency. u2022u2003Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including selecting and installing appropriate tools and fixtures. u2022u2003Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operations. u2022u2003Process Development: Develop and test machining processes to optimize performance and quality. u2022u2003First Piece Prove Out: Conduct first piece prove out to verify program accuracy and machine setup. u2022u2003Technical Support: Provide technical support for CNC machine operations and programming. u2022u2003Data Analysis: Analyze machining data to identify trends and provide insights for process improvements. u2022u2003Documentation: Maintain detailed records of CNC programming and setup processes. u2022u2003Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. u2022u2003Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with export control regulations and stay informed about changes in these regulations. u2022u2003Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
