What Youu2019ll Do: + Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments and care plans. + Lead and coordinate the care provided by our skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) , ensuring smooth, collaborative workflows. + Act as a key communicator within the healthcare team, effectively engaging with physicians , patientsu2019 families , and other team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
