Construction Laborer Location: Nampa, ID Pay: $18 / HR to $21 / HR Job Description: + Assemble modular components for multi-family housing projects using off-site construction methods. + Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently. + Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members. + Follow established processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. + Ensure high production uptime and stable workflow. + Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Essential Skills + Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16u201d + Experience working with hand, power, and pneumatic tooling. + A strong drive to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time of the factoryu2019s machinery. + Desire to innovate and create with a willingness to stretch the limits of whatu2019s been done before. + Desire to implement processes, instructions, and strategies to improve our performance as a team. + Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start. + Must promote and perform to the company values.
