Member Service Representative (MSR) u2013 Winchester, VA Location: Winchester, VA Start Date: 03/09/2026 Training Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Work Schedule - Hybrid: 11:00 AM- 1:30 PM (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window) About the Role: We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs). As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. Youu2019ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. What Youu2019ll Do: + Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs + Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns + Provide exceptional customer service and support + Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures What Weu2019re Looking For: + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment + Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members + Reliable and punctual, especially during training Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.
