Idera continues to grow rapidly through both organic expansion and acquisitions, and we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Renewals to lead and scale our global renewals organization across multiple brands. Role Summary The Director of Renewals owns the global renewals and retention strategy across 8 Idera brands, leading brand managers and renewal representatives to consistently exceed renewal, retention, and expansion targets. This role is highly visible and partners closely with executive leadership, Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and Customer Success.u00a0 You will be accountable for forecasting accuracy, renewal execution, retention analysis, and proactive risk mitigation while motivating and developing high-performing teams. This role requires strong executive presence, advanced data fluency, and hands-on operational leadership including comfort working directly in Excel and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy u25cf Own and execute the global renewals and retention strategy across 8 Idera brands u25cf Lead, mentor, and motivate brand managers and renewal reps to meet and exceed business goals u25cf Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across teams u25cf Proactively identify organizational, process, and data blind spots before they impact results u25cf Serve as senior escalation point for high-risk, high-value, or complex renewal situations Forecasting, Data and Analytics u25cf Deliver accurate, executive-ready renewal forecasts with confidence and clarity u25cf Articulate projections, risks, and scenarios to senior leadership and executive stakeholders u25cf Own renewal pipeline health, including risk assessment, timing, and deal strategy u25cf Conduct deep retention analysis to identify trends, churn drivers, and growth opportunities u25cf Build and maintain Excel-based models, trackers, and analyses as needed (hands-on) Salesforce & Reporting Excellence u25cf Act as a Salesforce reporting expert for renewals and retention metrics u25cf Design, refine, and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting views u25cf Ensure data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and consistent reporting across brands u25cf Translate Salesforce data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership u25cf Drive on-time renewals, favorable contract terms, and expansion opportunities u25cf Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance, and Legal to remove renewal barriers u25cf Lead weekly/monthly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and at-risk account discussions u25cf Develop and scale renewal best practices, playbooks, and operating cadences u25cf Influence pricing, term structures, and retention initiatives based on data and outcomes Preferred Experience & Skills u25cf 5+ years leading B2B software renewals or revenue functions u25cf Proven people leader managing multi-brand teams and managers u25cf Expert in Salesforce forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management An Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
