The Onchain Foundations team within the Coinbase Consumer app builds the underlying technology that lets customers access the utility of DeFi and other onchain features directly in Coinbase. The team powers categoryu2011defining products that enable users to Earn (Lend), Borrow, and Trade (DEX trading) within the app, orchestrating seamless transactions across Coinbaseu2019s centralized exchange and onchain protocols to unlock new product experiences and scale existing ones What youu2019ll be doing Own a product area endu2011tou2011end, from vision and strategy through execution and delivery. Define and drive the multiu2011year vision for Coinbaseu2019s onchain product experiences, shaping the narrative from early concepts through final implementation. Set OKRs across multiple teams and drive crossu2011functional collaboration to achieve them. Identify, define, and track the right metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing product areas; use insights to inform roadmap and prioritization. Balance stakeholder objectives and rigorously prioritize to maintain momentum on the highestu2011impact work. Orchestrate seamless onchain/offchain transactions, connecting Coinbaseu2019s centralized exchange with onchain protocols to scale current products and unlock new experiences. Partner closely with engineers and crossu2011functional teams across Coinbase Retail; youu2019ll work with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Coinbaseu2019s internal exchange infrastructure to create elegant solutions for complex onchain/offchain interactions What we look for in you 5+ years of Product Management experience. Comfort with technical systems and strong empathy for developers. Proven stakeholder and project management skills across multiu2011disciplinary teams. Strong consumer product judgment and the ability to translate developer capabilities into highu2011quality customer experiences. Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbaseu2019s mission. Nice to haves Fresh ideas about the onchain u2194 offchain boundary for payments and flows. Experience building reusable or developeru2011facing primitives (APIs, SDKs, protocols). Experience expanding onchain ecosystems with developers, creators, or consumers. An existing network in crypto communities. u201cCryptou2011forwardu201d experience, including familiarity with onchain activity (e.g., interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, engaging with dApps/blockchainu2011based services).
