At present, we are looking for someone to serve our clients in the state of Georgia, residing in or within commuting distance to Atlanta, GA. Client Partner - GTM Leader: As a market and account developer, you will utilize your strong technical and business competencies and customer service orientation to provide the highest level of business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve our growth goals. At a high level, your goal is to expand Capgeminiu2019s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts. The ideal person for this position will: u2022 Have a thorough understanding of the CPR market and as well as direct, extensive work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods sector u2022 Possess a deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands-on participation in AI & data projects within CPR sectors u2022 Have demonstrated the ability to be a highly effective account manager, from account-opening through the development of a mature, trust-based relationship that fosters positive business outcomes u2022 The person will possess an understanding of u2013 and have a successful track record in u2013 professional services sales and partner-based selling u2022 The candidate will utilize his/her excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects,customers, vendors and partners to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers. u2022 Candidate must be motivated, take initiative and be a team player since we u201csell in packs.u201d Selling technology-based, transformational services is complex and requires a person to understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process. u2022 Fine knowledge of deal modeling financial acumen is a must u2022 Experience in a highly matrixed organization preferred This role requires adept performance of the following: u2022 Learning and articulating both Insights & Datau2019s broad set of services, offerings and capabilities as well as Capgeminiu2019s ability to implement successfully those technology solutions. u2022 Working with our CPRS sectoru2019s field sales professionals targeting our install base and new logo accounts in specific industries u2022 Introducing a broad set of technology partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals, and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs u2022 Working with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team-selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles. u2022 Participating in client/prospect calls u2022 Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences u2022 Participating in RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team) u2022 Work closely with the delivery teams to provide delivery executive governance for I&D programs in the account u2022 Owning and or oversee drafting of complex Statement of Work u2022 Working with Insights and Data practice and service line leads (onshore, offshore and nearshore) to identify and fulfill account demands with top talents u2022 Sales to Delivery Handover u2022 Act as account delivery partner for the Insights and Data portfolio in the account u2022 Own the overall I&D booking, revenue and orderbook numbers for the account Qualifications: u2022 10+ years Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience u2022 Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, including close client management and collaborating with senior executives u2022 Meet and exceed sales targets in excess of $15M annually; manage engagements ranging from $2m to $15m in annual revenues u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience preferred Job Description A Delivery Executive is responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements. The Delivery Executives responsibilities include stakeholder's management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client.They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting.They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgeminis client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities. Job Description - Grade Specific Delivery Executive Confirmed Delivery Executive with 5+ years of experience in the role, for a largeorinternational account covering a large part of the Capgemini portfolio and containing multi tower engagements. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $165,145 - $245,380 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
