Utilities Worker (Lot Operations)Department: Utilities and Lot OperationsReports To: Utilities SupervisorLocation: Hamilton Facility - Atlanta, GA (Hapeville, GA)Employment Type: Full-TimePay Range: $16.00-$17.00 per hourExperience Level: Entry-Level------------------------------------------------------------------------ Available Shifts- Shift A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Off: Thursday and Friday)- Shift B: Tuesday-Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Off: Sunday and Monday)- Shift C: Friday-Tuesday 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Off: Wednesday and Thursday)------------------------------------------------------------------------ Position OverviewA National Transit, LLC / MARTA Mobility is seeking dependable, safety-focused Utilities Workers to support daily fleet and facility operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all vehicles are fueled, cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service each day.This is a hands-on, active position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Successful candidates take pride in their work, show up consistently, and understand the importance of teamwork in a 24/7 operation.> This is not a sit-down role. The work is physical, fast-paced, and essential to daily service delivery.------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities- Fuel company vehicles and replenish required fluids- Accurately log and document fueling and replenishment activity- Safely drive, maneuver, and park various types of vehicles on the lot- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of fueling areas and facilities- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of assigned work areas- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Utilities Supervisor------------------------------------------------------------------------ Qualifications and RequirementsRequired- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid drivers license- Ability to safely operate and maneuver company vehicles- Strong attention to detail and reliability- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred- Prior experience in utilities, maintenance, janitorial, or fleet operations- Basic knowledge of vehicle fueling or maintenance processes- Experience working in a fast-paced or safety-sensitive environment------------------------------------------------------------------------ Why Join A National TransitAt A National Transit, we value employees who are dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to doing the job right.
