Motion Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team while independently managing tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos to support marketing and corporate communications. u2022 Create compelling visual assets for print, static designs, and multimedia platforms. u2022 Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and execute projects that align with the brandu2019s objectives. u2022 Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and other tools, to deliver designs with a high level of attention to detail. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. u2022 Work closely with contractors and other designers to maintain a cohesive design approach. u2022 Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the overall creative output. u2022 Adapt to hybrid work arrangements, with on-site collaboration required three days a week. u2022 Ensure all designs meet branding guidelines and project specifications. u2022 Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings to foster strong working relationships. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design, animation, and video production. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. u2022 Strong understanding of motion design principles and video editing techniques. u2022 Ability to produce high-quality work for both B2B marketing and corporate communications. u2022 Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a history of delivering projects on time. u2022 Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. u2022 Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. u2022 Demonstrated ability to bring creative ideas and innovative solutions to projects.
