Assists stocking of food items. Serves food to customers. Prepares, assembles, and delivers food to patient rooms. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements. May assist in directing the activities of other Food Service Workers.Essential Functions:- Prepares a variety of foods according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures. (60%)- Participates in post meal cleanup tasks as assigned or directed, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, and working in dish room and pot room as needed. (25%)- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed and provide cooks with needed items.
