We are Making Sustainability Happen.As our new Senior Resource Geologist, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.u2022u00a0u00a0Full-time, permanent role with opportunities for professional growth and advancementQualifications/Education/Memberships:u2022u00a0u00a0Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineeringu2022u00a0u00a0Minimum 10 years of minerals exploration, operation, and resource estimation.u2022u00a0u00a0Certification as a Qualified Person (QP) is requiredu2022u00a0u00a0Experienced in geostatistics and estimation methods (such as but not limited to ordinary kriging, inverse distance weighting)u2022u00a0u00a0Experienced in modelling various commodities in a variety of geological terranes, including Carlin, porphyry, and skarn. Multi-commodity experience in precious metals and base metalsu2022u00a0u00a0Proficiency in 3D Mine Modeling software such as Leapfrog, Vulcan, MinePlan, Datamine, or MicroMine.u00a0u2022u00a0u00a0Experienced in geological and block modelling, domaining, grade capping, and QA/QCu2022u00a0u00a0Authorship or co-authorship of SK 1300 and/or NI 43-101 Technical Reports, or other CRIRSCO standard reportsu2022u00a0u00a0Familiarity with resource classification, cutoff grade development, and application of modifying factorsu2022u00a0u00a0Professional certifications or organizations (CPG, SME-RM, MMSA) desiredu2022u00a0u00a0Experience with audits, due diligence, and third-party reviews preferredu2022u00a0u00a0Advanced skills in Excel or Access (or other database tools)u2022u00a0u00a0Strong project management skills for handling large-scale projectsu2022u00a0u00a0Excellent communication skills in Englishu00a0u2022u00a0u00a0Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
