A Day in the Life As a Kiehl's Keyholder, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, assisting the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will: + Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. + Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies. + Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment. + Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehlu2019s brand. We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for serving others to help lead our team. To be successful in this role, you will have: + A High School Diploma or GED. + Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service.
