Our team measures and evaluates the employee life cycle by using data to design compensation strategies for hourly employees. They gather data and user requirements and translate those needs into Anaplan enhancements and/or new models. They work directly with engineering teams to develop and refine integrations to receive and vend Anaplan data to/from other systems. They have expertise in data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools.
