The APP will work closely with Neurologists and multidisciplinary staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities u2022 Perform comprehensive assessments, neurological examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.u2022 Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions under established clinical protocols.u2022 Provide inpatient consultations and assist with follow-up care and discharges.u2022 Conduct outpatient visits, manage follow-ups, and coordinate ongoing care.u2022 Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (EEGs, imaging, labs) as appropriate.u2022 Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive measures.u2022 Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.u2022 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
