YOU MUST HAVE: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics u2022 5 plus years of engineering experience in systems, avionics, aerospace, defense, or a related technical field, including hands on work with system requirements, integration, validation, and/or verification, using tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent. u2022 Experience with model based systems engineering (MBSE) methods or tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo, Rhapsody). U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENT: Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylum or refugee status in the U.S, or have the ability to obtain an export authorization. WE VALUE: u2022 Experience developing or integrating avionics systems or flightu2011critical systems. u2022 Knowledge of ARP4754A, ARP4761, DOu2011178C, DOu2011254, DOu2011160, or other aerospace certification standards. u2022 Experience with system architecture definition, trade studies, and interface control documentation. u2022 Familiarity with Agile development methods (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). u2022 Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or other modeling and simulation tools. u2022 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemu2011solving skills. u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossu2011functional teams and customers. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in complex engineering programs.
