We are looking for a Onsite Healthcare Service Representative in Boston, MA, who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, learns quickly, and can work independently while supporting our healthcare customer. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION As the onsite representative for SONIFI, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. Youu2019ll work closely with clinical, technical, and operational staff at a major healthcare facility, so professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are essential. You must be comfortable supporting a wide range of stakeholders, including nursing, IT, operations, marketing, patients, and caregivers. EDUCATION & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE In addition to your passion for solving problems, we're looking for someone with: u2022 An Associate Degree in computer science, networking, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience working with IP networks u2022 OR, in lieu of a degree, more than 4 years of field service experience in an IP networking or related technical capacity Experience in the following areas is strongly preferred: u2022 IP networking u2022 System integrations u2022 Wireless technologies u2022 EMR/EHR/HIS/CIS interoperability u2022 Software support and cyber security standards u2022 Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) u2022 Case management systems such as Salesforce WHAT YOUu2019LL DO As a Dedicated Service Technician supporting SONIFIu2019s patient engagement and entertainment solutions, you will: u2022 Install and maintain headend equipment and software u2022 Install and maintain in-room equipment and software u2022 Install and maintain distribution systems u2022 Perform hardware and software updates u2022 Conduct preventative maintenance u2022 Manage spare equipment inventory and warranty programs u2022 Log defects and issues in a formal case management system u2022 Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when needed u2022 Serve as incident owner or manager for escalated issues u2022 Complete administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, service records, timecards, case notes, and work orders u2022 Complete required client and SONIFI trainings u2022 Train client staff as needed u2022 Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures required by the healthcare facility u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned OTHER REQUIREMENTS u2022 This role is onsite Mondayu2013Friday, day shift, with some flexibility in start time u2022 Occasional overtime may be required to meet service needs u2022 Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly in a healthcare environment u2022 Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and customer needs ABOUT SONIFI SONIFIu2019s team is changing peopleu2019s experiences through integrated technology and service solutions across hospitality and healthcare. This role is eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plans, pet insurance, onu2011demand pay, and more. Pay Range: $27 u2013 $34 per hour. This range reflects what SONIFI reasonably expects to pay for this role. The final rate offered to the selected candidate will depend on factors such as experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay range is not a guaranteed wage.
