Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and excels in providing technical assistance and resolving IT issues effectively. The role will involve supporting end-users, managing service desk requests, and ensuring a seamless technology experience. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to service desk inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently. u2022 Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows 10 systems and applications. u2022 Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory. u2022 Provide guidance and solutions for basic IT troubleshooting tasks. u2022 Document and track service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution. u2022 Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges. u2022 Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing user concerns. u2022 Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed. u2022 Continuously update knowledge of IT systems and tools to improve support capabilities.
