What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including:u00a0Receiving, loading, stocking inventory for our pantry program + Gain competency with Foodau2019s technology and standard operations procedures + Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication + Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer + Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality + Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve + Schedule: Monday 7am-1pm Tuesday 7am-1pm Wednesday 7am-1pm Thursday 7am-1pm Friday 7am-9amu00a0 Who You Are:u00a0 + You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service + You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people + You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up + You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know youu2019re capable of finding solutions + You are a strong communicator and self-starter + You are organized and detail oriented.
