Pathway Student Worker - Dean's Office

Description The Office of Outreach and Pathway Programs Student Workers live among the SHPEP and PREP summer programs scholars, working primarily in the evenings and weekends, to provide community support and emergency response. Student Workers are accountable for the administration and implementation of various responsibilities that work towards building a safe, supportive, and inclusive living-learning community environment; assisting with the growth, development, and well-being of residents; planning and holding 1 or 2 social events for the scholars; and providing emergency and crisis response to their community. Aside from their hourly wage, student workers will receive room and board in UCLA Housing as part of their total compensation for the duration of the SHPEP and PREP programs. The room and board value are considered taxable and will be reflected in an annual W-2.
