Job Description - Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM) as part of a largeu2011scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiative - Oversee full lifecycle setup and configuration of SAP EAM, ensuring functional readiness, system alignment, and integration with enterprise data and reporting tools - Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and transition from the legacy Oracle asset management system into SAP - Define and prioritize system enhancements across multiple phases of the program, determining what functionality fits into each release and driving successful implementation of Phase 1 - Coordinate crossu2011functional teams across five operational divisions, aligning organizational mapping (divisions, territories, work centers, org structures) with SAP EAM requirements - Support key integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, Synergy, and other enterprise systems - Oversee reporting and compliance deliverables, including regression efforts, Tableau dashboards, and web compliance reporting - Manage asset templates, work order creation, and asset lifecycle processes, including scheduling, inspections, repairs, and longu2011term asset strategy - Drive documentation and change management, including technical, functional, and process documentation as well as OCM and training activities - Operate within a hybrid methodology, leveraging both agile and waterfall elements depending on project phase and deliverable type - Maintain alignment to defined scope, ensuring efforts stay within approved boundaries (e.g., excluding MDIX migration, construction process changes, or major businessu2011process overhauls as noted in the Outu2011ofu2011Scope section of the image) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
