Summary The Vice President of Digital Merchandising & Content will lead Commerceu2019s digital merchandising and commercial content strategy u2014 ensuring that every product, service, and offer presented across digital channels is optimized for growth, margin, and customer clarity. This leader will own the digital catalog, pricing, and promotional frameworks that shape the customer experience across all Commerce platforms. By integrating data, design, and commercial acumen, the VP will transform product presentation into a seamless, intuitive, and revenue-driving experience that supports the companyu2019s strategic pillars: Expand Reach, Build Frictionless Experiences, and Grow the Core. This position will support our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX. Essential Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Lead the digital merchandising strategy including product assortment, pricing, bundling, and promotions. u2022 Oversee creation, accuracy, and performance of Commerceu2019s digital product catalog and commercial content. u2022 Partner with Product and UX to ensure content supports intuitive, self-service buying experiences. u2022 Collaborate with SP&A and Finance to analyze performance and optimize for revenue and margin. u2022 Drive the u201cless is moreu201d approach to assortment, focusing on simplicity, customer relevance, and profitability. u2022 Establish governance standards for content lifecycle, catalog updates, and product data integrity. u2022 Align with Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling and brand presentation. u2022 Build and lead a high-performing digital merchandising and content operations team. u2022 Monitor performance through KPIs including conversion, attach rate, margin, and catalog accuracy. Education & Experience u2022 15+ years of experience in digital merchandising, category management, or eCommerce operations. u2022 Proven success driving commercial growth through digital assortment, pricing, and promotional optimization. u2022 Deep understanding of digital catalog management, pricing strategy, and content governance. u2022 Experience in consumer, retail, or service-based businesses with complex product or service portfolios. u2022 Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. u2022 Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
