Program Manager Richmond, VA 23228 The Program Manager is responsible for executing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs and development initiatives. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Program Manager collaborates with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and measure impact. You should have: + 5+yearsu2019 experiencewith a proventrack recordofimplementing new and managing existing learning programs that achieved business results. + Expertisein leadership developmentprogram managementand workforce capability building. + Strong organizational and communication skills withabilityto manage multiple priorities. + Attention to detail and strong writing skills. + Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills. + Proficiencyin learning technologies and project management tools.Experience implementing an LMS, Workday Learning highlydesired. + Experience in the construction or building services industrypreferred.
