Thisinternship is your first step toward that journey. TheChallenge Our customershandle vast, heterogeneous asset portfolios and operational workflows. AIoffers stepu2011change improvements - from predictive maintenance and capitalplanning to generative work instruction and intelligent triage. Your challengeis to identify highu2011value AI use cases, quantify business impact, and drivelean experiments that deu2011risk feasibility and desirability within Brightlyu2019sportfolio. Your SummerInternship + Lead discovery for one or twoprioritized AI opportunities (e.g., predictive work planning for schools,knowledge retrieval for healthcare facilities, routing automation forpublic works). + Conduct market/competitiveanalysis; synthesize client, field, and datau2011science input into clearhypotheses and value narratives. + Define success metrics (customeroutcomes, operational KPIs) and shape PRDs and lean test plans (MVPexperiments, alpha/beta criteria). + Partner with Engineering, DataScience, and Design to deliver a timeu2011boxed experiment and assess resultsagainst defined metrics. + Communicate progress and outcomesto team members; propose go/nou2011go and nextu2011step roadmap recommendations. What Youu2019llDeliver (Success Measures) + Market Discovery: Insights , a ssumptions,approach, and actionable value + Positioning Documents: clear articulation of userproblems, AI approach, scope, and measurable outcomes. + Product Canvas : opportunity, investment andimpact, path to delivery and alignment to Brightly strategy. Weu2019reseeking innovative, inquisitive candidates who: + Education: Pursuing an MBA or Masteru2019s,Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field by December 2026 or May,2027 + Experience: Have 5-10 years of prior workexperience in a related technical / digital field + Think logically, selfu2011learn, andapproach problems creatively; comfortable with ambiguity and rapiditeration. + Can translate technical conceptsinto customer value; strong written and verbal communication. + Availability: Full-time (40hours/week) for 10 weeks (May-July or June-August) + Location: Hybrid - combination ofonsite work at designated office and remote work (no relocation or housingstipend provided). + Global Mobility: Willingness andability to relocate internationally for possible future roles uponsuccessful completion of the internship.
