As a Guest Services Administrator Senior within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role coordinates all activities within PNCu2019s Guest Services spaces, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment through effective guest reception, room scheduling, supporting phone services, vendor coordination, and event support. It provides confidential, high level administrative and concierge assistance to Executives and their departments. With a strong focus on exceptional customer service, the role anticipates and responds to end user needs while supporting short and long term projects across Realty Services and other business lines. Job Description + Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives. + Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. + Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives. + Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives. + Participates in data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. + Under guidance from management, delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
