JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job#: 3019038 Job Description: The College is seekingone (1) highly motivated and capable Project Manager who will assist inevaluating customer needs and managing various cross functional projectsfor the College. This type of experience is aligned with our EPMO, andthe type of skill set required for the projects and roadmaps we areassigning this individual. We are looking for an experienced ProjectManager with a proven track record in change management to lead andexecute projects that drive organizational transformation. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects frominitiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, withinscope, and in alignment with business objectives. Consultant Title:Project Manager Madison College has projects that are mapping out to2028, requiring PM resources to support them. We are looking for someonethat has: Experience in interest gathering, building trust, facilitatingdecisions, cross functional collaboration, change (organizational)management, roadmap/agile hybrid plan development, requirement gatheringand documentation, and other business analysis type of experience withina project management role. Highly skilled in communication from thehighest level within an organization all the way down to entry level.The ability to be able to use finesse even in difficult situations andthe ability to navigate competing priorities, difference of opinionsamong business and technology partners, and are able to speak up tomitigate those conversations. Must have experience in higher educationto be considered. These initiatives require a candidate to workcollaboratively with the EPMO office and individual project teams,operate independently as needed, critically think, and provideleadership, quality assurance, alignment to vision/mission andfollow-through on solutions to completion. The ideal candidate can workeffectively with demanding end-users, solicit key requirements(must-have) and, in partnership with other technology services andbusiness partners, formulate feasible/cost-effective solutions to meetbusiness needs. Qualifications (Must-Haves to be successful):Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.Well-developed skills with virtual facilitation, interest andrequirement gathering, schedule tracking tools such as Mural, Padlet,Microsoft Office suite (Visio, MS-Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Work with technical leads to understand technical specifications, impacton existing environment/work and perform Business Case development andTotal Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and rough order magnitude typeestimating to guide decision-making. Demonstrated track record ofsuccessful project delivery. Excellent conceptual, problem solving, andanalytical skills. Ability to work independently or as a member of ateam on complex tasks. Demonstrated competency in documenting solutionsfor both technical and functional audiences. Duties andResponsibilities: Work with stakeholders on assignments to define thescope and magnitude of desired initiatives. Gather key, understandablerequirements to meet project activities. Secure appropriate resourcesand establish a feasible timeframe/schedule to complete the work.Monitor, manage and maintain day-to-day project activities and resourceplans. Follow existing and/or establish appropriate change controlprocesses to ensure work goes from Development to Testing to municate with appropriate parties on project needs, progress, issues,risks and outcomes. Successfully manage projects to completion. ProvideChange Management support services to ensure adoption is at its utmostcommunication, documentation, and training to end-users.
