JOB REQUIREMENTS: Access Community Health Centers, Inc Support Staff(CMA, LPN, EMT) Support Staff (CMA, LPN, EMT) Position Summary: TheSupport Staff position is responsible for ensuring patient flow fromintake through completion of the patient visit. This position alsoprovides coordination of care, medical and disease education, andoutreach services to Access medical patients during visits and inbetween visits to address patient needs and inquiries. This positionwill actively manage patient's immediate and ongoing needs withattention to acute and preventive intervention.
