These duties include coordination of staffu2019s professional growth, accountability, scheduling and teamwork. + Understand and communicate current developments in the repair, maintenance, and custodial areas through reading, networking, and participation in appropriate workshops, meetings and involvement in professional organizations.u00a0 + Coordinate contractors and vendors supplying construction, maintenance, grounds and cleaning services.u00a0 + Oversee preventative and general maintenance along with assisting in long term maintenance planning. + Demonstrate skills and knowledge in problem solving through general and preventative maintenance. + Demonstrate skills and knowledge in various skills related to projects and maintenance (Drywall/Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc.). What Weu2019re Looking For: + A GED or HS Diploma and a valid driveru2019s license. + At least 2 years of related experience.
