JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: HR & Talent Acquisition SpecialistDepartment: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager FLSA Status: ExemptPosition Summary The HR & TA Specialist plays a key role in bothrecruiting new team members and supporting overall HR operations. Thisposition handles the full hiring process, from finding, attracting andinterviewing candidates to helping them settle into their new roles. Inaddition, the role supports important HR functions like employeerelations, performance reviews, compliance, and training. This is agreat opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people andmaking a real impact across the company. Key Responsibilities TalentAcquisition (Hiring & Recruiting) Lead the full hiring process for openpositions, from posting jobs to making offers. Find candidates throughjob boards, social media, local organizations, and employee referrals.Review resumes, conduct first-round interviews, and help scheduleinterviews with hiring managers. Write and update job descriptions andwork with departments to ensure postings are accurate. Represent thecompany at job fairs, local recruiting and community outreach events.Make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughoutthe hiring process. Onboarding & Talent Development Help new employeesget started by coordinating all onboarding activities and paperwork.Create welcome materials and resources to support new hires in theirfirst days and weeks. Support employee growth by helping identify futureleaders and career development paths. Assist with performanceevaluations or annual reviews and recommend training programs based onindividual and team needs. HR Support & Employee Relations Be a go-toresource for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance whenneeded. Support managers with employee relations and workplace issues.Conduct exit interviews and look for trends to help improve retention.Keep employee records updated and make sure HR practices follow companypolicy and employment laws. Assist with HR programs such as employeeengagement, wellness, and diversity and inclusion. Additional DutiesCoordinate background checks, drug screens, and other verifications.Help track and report on hiring and HR data for leadership. Supportemployee communication and recognition efforts. Provide backup supportfor payroll, benefits, and other HR tasks as needed. Take on otherHR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or acombination of education and experience. 12 years of experience ispreferred in recruiting, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR support, or asimilar role. Comfortable using different tools to find and engage jobcandidates. Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Strong written and verbal... For full info follow application link.
