JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities National Collections MarketingStrategy Develop and own the enterprise blood donor recruitmentstrategy, including annual and quarterly priorities for mobile and donorcenters. Lead donor lifecycle architecture (first-time, second-time,frequency, lapsed re-engagement, loyal donor programs). Establish thenational donor editorial calendar, ensuring timely, synchronized email,SMS, and paid activations. Translate enterprise goals into clearplaybooks, toolkits, messaging frameworks, and field-ready materialsused across all six states. Serve as the principal architect ofVersiti's O2O strategy and field readiness cadence (4-, 8-, 12-weekcycles). Collaborate with EMS and Creative Services to produceenterprise-level assets, testing frameworks, and campaign executionpathways. Product Marketing Leadership for All Blood Products Leadcentral marketing strategy for platelets, O-negative, DRBC, RBC, andplasma, ensuring distinct messaging, journeys, segmentation, and donoreducation. Oversee product-specific recruitment campaigns, retentionjourneys, and transitions (e.g., whole blood platelets). Partner withclinical SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity in all donor-facing productcontent. Support the Manager, Platelet Program in executing high-valueplatelet donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.Align product-specific promotions with the Manager, Promotions & Loyaltyto shape competitive, insight-driven incentive strategies. Omni-ChannelDonor Communications & Digital Journeys Lead national digital donorengagement strategy in partnership with the Digital Donor EngagementStrategist and EMS Digital Marketing. Oversee segmentation-based emailand SMS programs, including welcome series, conversion campaigns, andlapsed donor journeys. Guide state strategists in adapting enterprisejourneys locally without breaking brand or data standards. Drivecontinuous optimization using A/B testing, analytics, and donorbehavioral insights from EMS. Field Integration, State PartnerEnablement & Enterprise Adoption Lead a hub-and-spoke influence modelthat preserves AVP authority while elevating enterprise clarity. Overseethe State Marketing Integration & Field Enablement Lead, ensuring strongcommunication, readiness, and toolkit deployment across states. Serve asa trusted, strategic advisor to state AVPs, offering insights,solutions, and strategic support without direct authority. Facilitate aconsistent operating rhythm across geographies, including: o Weeklystrategist huddles o Monthly AVPIDM performance syncs o Quarterly SMACreviews o Seasonal readiness briefings Ensure state feedback loops,field intelligence, and local insights inform future campaigns.Creative, Content, and Value-Driven Marketing Services Lead theCollections Content Strategist, ensuring all donor-facing content isagile, relevant, and aligned with the Versiti brand. Translate complexproduct/clinical knowledge into accessible, donor-friendly narrativesthat inspire action. Drive prioritization and creative briefing intoEnterprise Creative Services. Ensure all state messaging is grounded inenterprise strategy and tailored only where beneficial.
