This role will manage approximately asmall caseload of international assignments, oversee international anddomestic relocation, monitor and administer all immigration caseloadwith external vendor partners, and drive continual process improvementfor all mobility and immigration processes, ensuring compliance, timelyprocessing, and a positive employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesImmigration Case Management (U.S.) Coordinate and track approximately120 immigration cases annually, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, andpermanent residency applications. Liaise with external immigrationcounsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate caseprocessing. Maintain immigration records and ensure compliance withfederal regulations and company policies. Support employees andmanagers with immigration-related inquiries and documentation. GlobalMobility Support Administer approximately 3 international mobilitycases per year, including expatriate assignments, relocations, andcross-border transfers. Coordinate logistics such as relocationservices, tax briefings, and assignment letters. Ensure compliancewith global mobility policies and local labor laws. Documentation &Compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation for allimmigration and mobility cases. Support audits and reportingrequirements related to immigration and mobility.
