Landscape and groundskeeper

VanPutte seed co136 North AvenueRochester, NY 14626 This is a seasonal job that will run from April 1, 2026 and end November 30, 2026. This is a full-time position during the period of employment. There are 15 openings. Job Description: Landscape and groundskeeper Workers will pull weeds, rake litter, plant flowers and spread mulch. Workers will blow off hardsurfaces with blower. Water plants in dry months. Hand tools such as rakes, shovels andwheelbarrows will be used. There are no education or experience requirements. The hours are Monday through Saturday 6:00am to 4:00pm Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites from a designated location: 136 North avenue Rochester NY 14626 On-the-job training will be provided. The area of employment is Monroe county, New York state. $19.45 per hour . $29.18 per hour on hours worked past 40.0 hours. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers are paid weekly on Thursdays at 12:00pm. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. VanPutte seed co inc will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68/day with receipts.
