Anticipated Start Date of Work: 2026-04-01Anticipated End Date of Work: 2026-12-31Worksite Location(s): Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout the Counties of Brown, Butler, Hamilton, Warren, Clermont in OH and Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant in KY, all of which are included in OH, KY, IN BLS Areas - Cincinnati, OH-KY-IN MSA.Job Description: Work to include but not limited to trimming, flower planting, weeding, bed cleanup, mulching, installing trees and shrubs. Extensive walking required. Workers must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations.Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.Employer will assist employees in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. All otherwise eligible candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screening.u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
