This position will be an integral member of the Bureau of Nutrition and Health Services Data, Reporting and Program Support Team. Your Responsibilities: + Gather data for bureau operations, reporting and information requests from data system, spreadsheets, surveys and other data sources. Develop narrative and graphics for written reports + Serve as the liaison with data system contractor(s) to translate business requirements into accurate and functional database + Manage service requests and access requests received from end users (i.e., school food authorities, child care centers, etc.) + Resolve issues through data improvement or configuration changes or recommend improvement or fixes to established data system(s) + Develop proposals and data flows and share recommendations for efficient process implementation with project teams + Ensure and maintain data security, privacy and maintenance configuration settings for bureau data system for data integrity + Direct the implementation of multiple, concurrent system enhancements in collaboration with bureau management analyst 3. Plan and conduct system testing and coordinate with bureau end users. Document testing outcomes.
