St. Luke's is seeking a dedicated experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside a physician in a team-based care model. Our family medicine team provides care throughout every stage of life, focusing on both preventive services and treatment for acute and chronic conditions. We embrace the concept of a medical home, promoting an ongoing provider patient relationship with coordinated care. At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including primary care for newborns, children, and adults; minor procedures (colposcopy and IUD insertion); management of chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and skin problems); immunizations; joint injections; and preventive care and wellness counseling. This is an extended hours position which offers a unique/flexible work schedule What to Expect: 3 days a week w/ variable schedule Great work life balance Hospital employed with comprehensive medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits Malpractice insurance with tail coverage $3,500 Professional Development Fund to be used for licenses, dues, memberships and CMEs Qualifications: Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing. Experience: 0 years relevant experience. Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
