Team Description: The Senior Manager, Product & Engineering is a responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of products to our internal business stakeholders. This role encompasses all aspects of product management, program delivery, project management, software engineering, and technical operations. The Senior Manager will ensure that we are building and maintaining products that are aligned with our businessesu2019 strategic priorities and the technology roadmap for the enterprise. strategic alignment with business functions and segment partners + Design and evolve data-driven compliance systems to support regulatory requirements such as EUDR and UFLPA, including capabilities for product traceability, supplier risk profiling, documentation capture, and audit readinessu2014leveraging Snowflake and custom-built data infrastructure + Lead complex, cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that drive business value and measurable outcomes + Develop and execute product, project, and program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business planning cycles and enterprise strategies + Provide a holistic view of business capabilities, value streams, and end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions align with organizational structure, business strategies, and architecture, software engineering, or technology operations u2014managing multiple complex products in a large, multi-national corporation with multiple business units + 3+ years of direct people management experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities + Proven experience designing and building technology solutions that support supply chain compliance with regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA); ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into system features like traceability, risk scoring, document ingestion, and audit trails + Demonstrated ability to partner with legal, procurement, sustainability, compliance, and technology leadership to define compliance technology strategy, The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidateu2019s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
