All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: + Benefits from Day One + Paid Days Off from Day One + Student Loan Repayment Program + Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Bonus Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 14055 RIVEREDGE DR City: TAMPA State: Florida Postal Code: 33637 Job Description: u2022 Accountable for achieving the strategic initiative u201cImprove the Productu201d (e.g., CMS 5 Star, Leapfrog Grade A, Mortality) outcomes across all campuses in the West Florida Division (WFD) o Managerial/supervisory responsibility for Divisionu2019s Chief Nursing Officers (CNO) and Chief Medical Officers (CMO) for outcomes o Operational responsibility for the execution of practices/protocols/processes for improved outcomes u2022 In partnership with Senior Executive Officer (SEO) Acute Care, directly responsible for clinical outcomes for Imaging services, Emergency Services, Anesthesia services and Moffit relationships across all campuses in the West Florida Division u2022 In partnership with SEO Finance and SEO Acute Care for Cost Glidepath reduction as it relates to clinical operations across all campuses in the WFD u2022 WFD Central Verification Office, including CMO and other staff, manage the hospital medical staff credentialing (initial and reappointments) for the division u2022 WFD Clinical Documentation Integrity program, manage all staff and accountable for WFD achievement of CDI outcomes (physician documentation to ensure the medical record for the patients is accurate, concise, complete and meets all guidelines and quality standards) u2022 WFD Division Patient Experience, direct oversight of staff and Patient Experience Operational plan at WFD hospitals u2022 WFD Care Coordination/PPN/BPCI, direct oversight of Division Director and hospital Directors of Case Management to ensure Care Management outcomes are achieved WFD clinical advancement strategy to support education programs to include RN Residency, PCU/ICU internship, ED residency, PeriOp courses, etc. u2022 Deploy strategies to decrease RN turnover and increase retention in partnership with SEO Finance and WFD VPHR u2022 Hospital Medicine program with direct accountability for quality outcomes for contracted hospitalist group across WFD hospitals u2022 Responsible for Regulatory compliance across all hospitals in the WFD u2022 Lead WFD Incident Command Officer ie: COVID / pandemic response; COVID Vaccination strategy, etc. u2022 Serve as divisional representation on AdventHealth committees as requested: AH Nursing Advisory Council; CDI/Coding Steering Committee; Corporate HR Council; Vaccine Operations Council; AH Clinical COVID-19 Analytics Steering Committee; COVID-19 Systems Command; EPIC Steering Committee; Physician Education Subcommittee; Corporate Care Management Council; Wholeness Institute Executive Committee; AH Patient Safety Organization Board Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Meets AHS mission-related qualifications for senior executive leadership, second tier, as specified in Corporate Executive policy (CEX114 as approved).
