The MOA will ensure the patient is checked in or out of an appointment, handles scheduling, answers phones, and creates patient charts. They will also be expected to comprise various reports and handle end-of-day money/balances. The ideal Medical Office Associate will have strong customer service skills, as the first employee to greet all incoming patients. This office is seeking an MOA who is empathic and organized to ensure a great experience for patients who are starting, ending, or undergoing treatment.
