Job Summary: This position is Sr. Business Systems Analyst with the ability to lead SCM(Supply Chain Management) solution for Hyundai/Kia Motors Manufacturing, to support business systems (SAP Production Planning and BOM), and to collaborate with Korea HQ to enhance/implement SCM best practices. Role and Responsibilities: u2022 Perform post-implementation SAP support activities. u2022 Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through use of best practices. u2022 Ensure that product upgrades, enhancements, and future roll-out projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements.u00a0 u2022 Maintains a thorough understanding of clients business functions, and combines that knowledge with the ability to easily facilitate change, in order to ensure all aspects of SAP flow properly. u2022 Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases. u2022 Executes test plans and test scripts / cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements. u2022 Exhibits the ability to also understand ABAP and interface related issues which effect to the business processes. ( user exits ) u2022 May perform user training in SAP PP/BOM area. u2022 Through a wide range of business knowledge is able to serve as a key resource to coordinate and resolve SAP issues, by thoroughly understanding the integration associated with R/3 functionality. u2022 Provides knowledge transfer and support to other HAEA staffs. u2022 Periodic status report to HAEA management and user groups. u2022 Communicate with users for daily maintenance issues and projects. u2022 Lead small/medium scale projects in finance area. u2022 On-call support u2022 Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills, Attributes and Education: u2022 Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience u2022 At least 5+ years of hands on configuration, development or support of SAP PP/BOM area u2022 Minimum 3 full life cycle SAP implementation experience u2022 Hands on working experience in the following areas: u00a0- Manufacturing process such as Make to Order, Make to Stock under REM environment u00a0-u00a0SAP BOM configuration including Variant configuration u2022 Must have working knowledge in the following areas: u00a0-u00a0Demand Management u00a0-u00a0Long Term Planning / MRP u00a0-u00a0REM / Shop Floor Control / KANBAN u00a0-u00a0Product Cost Planning u2022 SAP PP/BOM configuration, production support, and process experience. u2022 Understanding of SAP SCM(PP/SD /MM) process u2022 Experience in Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing environment u2022 Preferred experience in Automotive industry u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills u2022 Preferred SAP ABAP intermediate level u2022 Preferred Production Backflush knowledge(Discrete Industry Backflush) Preferred Certifications: u2022 u00a0SAP PP certificate preferred Powered by JazzHR
