Worker Type: EmployeeJob Post End Date: 02/05/2026About this opportunity:Cenovus Energy located in Dublin, OH is looking for an individual contributor to support the US Refined Products Marketing & Trading and Supply & Logistics business units with critical finance and accounting responsibilities, including reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled in communicating financial results tied to the economic P&L. They will manage core processes such as reconciliations, invoicing, accruals, and financial inventory calculations with a high degree of accuracy.What you'll do: Manage end-to-end book-level accounting and reporting, including preparing and posting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for Marketing back office Prepare financial and performance management reports for stakeholders and support long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Partner with Marketing & Trading and Supply & Logistics teams to bridge economic P&L to financial results and explain key variances. Oversee transportation and inventory processes, including monthly balancing, netback calculations, FIFO (First in First Out) accounting, and inventory reconciliation. Manage transportation and storage expense/revenue insights and support intercompany and intersegment profit processes.
