Description We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with the Agile team to create and refine proof-of-concept solutions, ensuring their successful delivery within a digital framework and rapid release cycles. u2022 Design and develop business applications and system solutions, including the creation and execution of test plans for unit testing, regression testing, and system integration testing. u2022 Ensure adherence to corporate architecture, design, and coding standards while developing software solutions. u2022 Actively participate in Agile practices such as daily standups, story planning, backlog grooming, and demonstrations, providing constructive feedback to enhance development processes. u2022 Recommend architectural and environmental improvements to enhance system stability and application performance. u2022 Utilize technologies such as Flowgear, Outsystems, and Azure SaaS to develop and optimize software solutions. u2022 Support the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of functional and scalable applications. u2022 Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve processes and systems. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. u2022 At least 5 years of experience in software development with attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in C# programming and ASP.NET. u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. u2022 Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum. u2022 Familiarity with mobile application development and all phases of the software development lifecycle. u2022 Ability to recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and stability. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively within Agile teams.
