Major Areas of Responsibility: u2022 Cleans and maintains concessions stand equipment u2022 Performs repairs to equipment, fixtures and furniture u2022 Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems. u2022 Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies u2022 Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. u2022 Requisitions supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties. u2022 Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements u2022 Frequent lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs. u2022 Frequent bending, stooping and reaching u2022 Constant standing throughout the shift u2022 Refrigeration and plumbing certifications a plus Qualifications: + Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
