The Staff RN - Ambulatory Servicessystematically and continuously collects and assesses data related topatient health status to develop, execute and evaluate the plan of care.The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services utilizes evidence to drive clinicaldecisions and practice related to individual and population health. TheStaff RN - Ambulatory Services establishes goals and strategies formeeting care coordination needs across settings with the patient,family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN - Ambulatory Servicesconsiders factors related to safety, effectiveness and fiscalaccountability in planning and delivering care. The Staff RN -Ambulatory Services delegates and supervises care in accordance with theWI Nurse Practice. The Staff RN - Ambulatory Services participates incontinuous quality improvement initiatives and assumes responsibilityfor their professional development.
