VCA Country Oaks Animal Hospital is adding a Veterinary Assistant to our growing team Location : 4636 Fair Oaks Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95864 Compensation : $ 19 - $ 20 / hr Schedule : FT AWW 4/10s As a Veterinary Assistant on the VCA Country Oaks Animal Hospital team, you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include: u2022 Maintaining medical records. u2022 Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients. u2022 Filling prescriptions. u2022 Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging. u2022 Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
